Me personally I would meet with my guest at the lobby instead have it go straight to my room. Actually I would take a good look at the picture of my guest if I can save one on the phone better, then I'd head to the lobby 10 to 15 minutes prior my guest eta and find a way to hide a little in a way I can see my guest arriving and once is there confirm if is the right guest or no. So the big question is how difficult is it to get "guests" up to your room. I assume that the elevators require a key to operate. Rather than meeting in the lobby does the second floor have access to the elevators if you need to accompany your "quest" ? Have not been back to Vegas for several years as they had moved the conference to Florida (not sure why) for the past several years so anxious as to how things are working now.
