Did you ask about rates? My experience they want a $ per upgrade, starting per clothing item. FS is probably available for about 5.

I always tell them upfront if the ad is not them I am out the door, most times if it's a fake pic they will say it's a old pic or a new hair do some crap like that I just hang up.
