Looks are obviously subjective but I think Flynn wins in that category, their pics are fairly accurate except Ari's eyes are much smaller in person. As for attitudes, they both have good attitudes with Flynn being more girl next door sweet and Ari being a little more flirty. Service is where I think Ari really stands out above Flynn as like you said Ari can take over without any input where Flynn is more reserved and needs some instruction. Both of them have good English and you shouldn't have any communication problems.

I last saw Flynn about 8 months ago, Ari I saw 2 weeks ago.
