While at face value the charge "pandering" seems odd. However there is more to the "pandering" charge. It sounds like it's some homeless person asking for money or something LOL. A few months ago in June they did a bust and arrested those guys for actual solicitation. They stated the charges as such. Coincidentally in June they caught they same amount of guys. 12. I find it weird that this time around they knab 12 again. What is this? A magic number for them for FIB arrest?
