I've never heard of rates being lowered. They only keep going up. Doubt these agencies would ever lower the rates. But I can't confirm since I haven't visited CP in a long time.

It's a shame that this site has degenerated to non-specific reviews and "dreams," as if seeing a provider and providing minimal details or calling it a dream somehow absolves the reviewer of responsibility (or culpability).
