I didn't think he was lying. I thought about which Kgirl could have done this to him and came up with one guess. I didn't tell him who but he confirmed it in PM. I will do some digging if she comes back.

It makes sense to me. Why bother making up such a story? It sounds like an interesting way to get a few thousand extra dollars for no work before heading back to asia.
