Well there is luck, timing and persistence involved with this texting thing. Anyone with half a brain could have figured that out. You may get no responses or you may get one out of many attempts. You may go days without a hit. It's sort of like passive fishing. It has only worked for me a few times. I never guaranteed instant success. I just said you can try it, it's easy to do, and harmless, the pros definitely outweigh any cons. But if you get lucky and do get a pic of who is on shift now, and you like what you see, then text you are on your way.
