I learned a lesson about this. A couple years ago, I set up an appointment with a provider from California who was visiting Chicago. She had good reviews so when she asked for a copy of my DL I said ok. After our meet, I wrote a review that was lower than her usual rating because her service sucked. She then called me incessantly demanding I take it down. I finally had to tell her that she needed to chill the fuck out. The fact that this moron had a copy of my DL was really annoying. If you don't have to do it, I would not. And if you do, redact everything but your first name.
