I'm not sure why you all feel this location is any worse than one in a strip mall! I almost think it less likely to draw complaints from nosey busy bodies. There is less "people foot traffic" there than one located in the small strip malls. What seems to grab the attention of authorities are FS places that become well known as providing this service.
