Why don't you just tint your Windows?

You can't see into my windows at all.

Whole thing 5%.

Front is 20%.

In some suburbs / areas, having tinted windows on a regular daily driver is basically saying, "Pull me over and give me a hard time for a fishing expedition by law enforcement and fine me for illegal tint. " Legal tint in PA for passenger vehicles is 70% which is nearly no difference from not having any tint at all. Then you factor in any deviation in the manufacturer / installers tint and the police tint gauge / meter and even if in good faith got a 70%.

Light / visibility tint you could still get a ticket.

Seems like people in Philly try to bend the rules as much as possible. I don't think the cops in Philly care about excessive tint but that might not be the case outside of Philly.

The same is true for license plates. Many people have some sort of cover. Some have fake temporary tags. Others cover their plate with tape or take off the back light or strip the paint off. I even seen one person hand write a fake license plate on a piece of cardboard.

I totally agree with you about Kelly. Back in the day, she was so hot. Great ass, nice implants, plus the tats and the tongue piercing. However, she has fallen off hard, and is looking worse for the wear. It's a real shame, but it's a story as old as time in this game.

I'm curious to know what the other area that you went to for scouting talent. I used to check out torresdale ave, but it's been dead up there for a while. I also sometimes go to Bway in Camden, which can be hit or miss, but another decent option.

I really can't tell you the last time I seen let alone picked up a decent looking provider around Kensington. The girls that use to be hot years ago are the only ones I spot still walking the ave like Kelly. I can't believe she's still on the Ave looking for dates. She was one of the hottest I ever met online when she was in her prime. Big firm ass and a nice set of bolt-ons.

There are a few other veterans that are still walking but they're not looking too good. Then you have all those couples walking around. I'm pretty sure those girls work the phone with regulars then go to Kensington with their boyfriends and party which is why they ignore the cars that stop for them.

I have also seen some trannys walking around so be careful. Saw a pair of black trannys by Tioga and another day around K&A saw a blonde tranny getting lots of attention but cars / trucks pulled off when they realized.

I decided to look in a completely different area in phila and was actually surprised to find more normal actually good looking talent looking for work. Not a lot but they looked normal and healthy.

I'm confused about what you are saying because if you watch the daily youtube videos put out by kimgary, it shows alot of white females mostly by themselves wandering around or sitting around k ave and at least half of them look like they would get into a guy's car if he pulled up to them but I never see anyone ever pull up to them in these vids and there are alot of these k vids. Maybe you are looking at night and the daytime is better?

For daytime mongering, I carry a magazine in my car. Once my companion is in the car, I head over to a major parking lot (where the Home Depots or ShopRites are in the same lot), park just a little out of the way and when she heads south for a sausage sandwich, I pretend like I'm reading the magazine by propping it up on the steering wheel. If anybody drives by my car, they will probably assume I am killing time waiting for someone who is shopping at the store. They don't even so much as give me a second glance if they happen to drive by.

Put a couple decoy fast food bags up on the dash to obscure view and people think you are eating and just ignore you in a busy parking lot. I have also been considering getting the car curtains I saw on amazon (ZATOOTO Car Side Window Sun Shades) to see how inconspicuous it is just to darken the front seat area. If its bright and sunny out and dark inside the car its tough to see inside.

What many do not realize is many big box stores upgraded cameras after the events of last summer.

These cameras have extreme zoom capabilities as well incorporating other apps that include LP reconigition. Another primary reason for the upgrades was a result of unfavorable legal settlements stemming from events that occured in the lots.

Do not look just at the building perimeter. Pay attention to the parking lot light poles closely, specifically the areas in between the building mounted camera locations.

Yup. Never picked up a streetwalker but I have taken car dates to parking lots. I used to go frequently to a parking lot at a community college. Even with lightly tinted windows it's really hard to see in and people are just clueless. It's actually kind of amazing.
