Finally paid the $100 monthly fee after posting a verified photo a week before and getting A few likes and messages.

Go premium and you'll get inundated. LOT'S of foreign countries, mostly from S America right now, but starting to get the Philippine market too. Lots of girls wanting to get you to pay for photos / videos.
