I'm a big guy like Vinnie. Possibly a little bigger even. I am not diabetic, my blood pressure is perfect and I have extremely low cholesterol. Like super low. Both the good and bad types of cholesterol, which is perfectly fine according to my doctor. He says having a low amount of good cholesterol is fine since my bad cholesterol is also super low. He says you only need the good cholesterol to keep the bad kind in check, my are perfectly balanced so it's healthy.
