My experience with the Lauren noted in the following post is exactly the opposite of yours. And I think most posters here would agree with me.

Robov had reported there is another provider who goes by Lauren, but is located at Byron center and used to be at Pacific. Maybe that's who you saw. She was reported as having those issues.
