They tend to be pretty strict about the license. But provider references might work it seems? YMMV depending on the model but they are all typically very hot. Just like with weed and small amounts of certain other drugs, decriminalization is the better call here rather then full legalization. Legalization allows the government to be in control just as much as keeping things illegal. If it was just a civil penalty no record no mugshot and a fine it would keep it from being out in the open and also let adults do what they want behind closed doors. And also wouldn't affect someones job prospects in the future. The Nordic model is a joke and unfortunately alot of states are pretending to adopt it, guising it as "rescuing trafficking victims" in the news when in reality they are charging the women after the arrests are made they just say that rescuing victim stuff for news headlines. Maryland adopted the model to a degree a few years ago with the "assignation" law, making it much easier to arrest even if the charges won't stick or will be reduced. There are definitely victims out there and I hope they do rescue them. But they shouldn't be lumping all prostitution into "trafficking" as justification to arrest women doing it of their own free will, or guys looking for adult women.

The current location is on a fairly busy rural road. The building appears dual use, commercial / residential, as did the previous Fairland location. I can attest that sex workers and groups are strongly opposed to the Nordic model. And probably most people. The people who advocate the Nordic (or rather Swedish model since it was first country to pass such law) tend to be people who want to abolish prostitution (either moral, ideological, or personal reasons), they just word it carefully and spend time convincing naive politicians and the general population, though lobbying and PR campaigns, that the Nordic model is better for prostitutes, even though it doesn't benefit them as past research shows. Think about it: How does it benefits prostitutes if they can't get paid, work, or advertise legally? Besides prostitution still flourishes in most countries that banned the purchase of sex. The whole thing is sexist anyways.
