Buy a cheap burner phone. Set your main phone to forward any calls to that burner phone and leave the main phone at home. Android phones will let you forward text messages as well, but iPhones will not.

But I concur with what everyone else is saying. Sounds to me like wifey is watching you like the NSA and your ass will get caught regardless, one way or the other. Aside from all the good advice given below, if you can find a nice provider who has an Incall fairly close by, just head on over and back and leave your phone at home, location on. There is a larger problem here your wife should not be tracking your phone! What, does she work for the NSA and need the practice? So there is a larger problem of trust, communication, and underlying personal dynamics there. This is not place not anyone else's to comment further other than to diagnose the issue but there it is this isn't solved by alternate devices, excuses for turning off, etc.

With regards to hobbying, yes, this requires a certain relaxation of mind and personal autonomy to enjoy. IMHO, if you don't truly have that, you're not going to truly enjoy your time, no matter how hot and personable the provider.
