Buy a cheap burner phone. Set your main phone to forward any calls to that burner phone and leave the main phone at home. Android phones will let you forward text messages as well, but iPhones will not.

Aside from all the good advice given below, if you can find a nice provider who has an Incall fairly close by, just head on over and back and leave your phone at home, location on.
