I had some other thoughts reading this, obvious to most but still.

Location and transportation.

1. Always check the recent location they are logged in from. It's right below the last active date.

2. If the listed state and the city is the same say Ohio, Ohio. If it is in my first or second message I am asking "what area of Ohio are you located"?
