Set up a time with Jess a day and a half in advance, she said just remind her an hour or two before. Reminded her two hours before, she confirmed we're good. Then moved the appointment back an hour. Then another 15. Then another 15. I hadn't left so I didn't mind, but I had asked her twice where I was heading and she wouldn't tell me until I was close. That's fine, normal in my experience. However she then sent a very passive aggressive message saying she didn't believe I was coming and that when she called me I didn't pick up.
