Yes it probably happens at other MP's too. And these mamasan know other mamasan and also own other local MP and they can black ball some of these workers that are there to make money to pay bills and / or even trying raise a family while working 12 hour days (yes. Pretty sad).

If the expected tip is reasonable, I don't haggle as much as used to.
