I think there are a few reviews on here of the NV Lounge. I did try to setup an appointment myself through text. Everything worked out and was provided an address in Baltimore park. A nice apartment complex. When I got there, there was no answer. When I called several times there was no one picking up the phone. Waited for about 20 minutes then left.
