Not on strike, but I'm having a tough time finding a way to spend money with these providers. Just this week I have sent both Robyn and Jade very polite text messages inquiring about rates and offering a desired day for an appointment. No response from either one. Maybe they feel the need to charge high rates to compensate for the business they don't get because they are too disorganized to respond.

I've been a regular at both Powell locations without any luck with OTC, I've asked. I am allowed to put my fingers where I want. The new lady at Superb is a huge rush job, kept saying hurry up.
