I give up. I've decided to test my willpower and boycott all providers. I finally asked myself "why? And I couldn't come up with a good answer for putting myself through such frustration. I guess my main reason for this particular post is to see if it would open up any dialogue on how the "power of our purse strings" might be able to change things for the better.

Three bad incidents in one day was the final straw for me.
