So maybe it was just a way to spam me or some sort of a scam. Could be LEO? Or legit, I'm not finding out.

If you're listing what happened to you in detail I would think that they could link you here, to you there and you're admiting your guilt. Get advice from an attorney not a bunch of guys here.

I would stay away from specifics. We know LE is on the board and we know they have a list of who they netted in the sting.

Value Inn in the OC has a reputation for this. Someone wisely pointed out that you are trapped by very odd traffic flow going in there. The problem is no one can give you advice here because you are not providing enough details to help.

All we know is it happened on a Sunday and you have been ask to appear at the police station on a specific date.

What time of the day were you issued a citation? IE Morning, Afternoon, Late Night?

Where did they confront you? In your car, in the parking lot, at the door, handing over money, in the middle of an act?

Had you been in verbal communication with the provider or was it by texts?

Did you have the phone with you you used to arrange the alleged meeting? Did they seize it for evidence?

Did you respond to a listing on STG, TER, EROS, or another known site?

If you did, is the posting still on the website in question? SHARE THE AD... If not please provide all the details you can recall from the ad you responded to.

What was the citation for? IE. Loitering, solicitation, trespassing?

Is the appearance at the police station for a municipal court date or is it for an interview with detectives?

Do you know or have an understanding of the age of the person you were meeting? If they told you they were underage you are toast. The age is important.

Asking me to me in police state? And no link or info about who she is? Why would you get a citation and go to a police station? You go to court. Give more details or I really don't believe you, but that area is close to the border and interstate, so most likely a human trafficking sting, but the report is useless. Talk to a lawyer.

Iv never heard of anyone working out of there. But that place is a great trap if there ever was one. It's secluded set way back, one way in one way out, can't say you were just lost or taking a short cut or anything. They would see you coming from 12 miles away.

If it was just a citation, it will be considered municipal violation, level of a traffic ticket, with a much bigger fine. It is something that will be findable on your record, but will not reflect as violating a state statute, or in other words, committing a crime. Look up prostitution in Wisconsin state statutes. For those of us that have run afoul of the district attorneys office, we can attest, it is not easy to be charged with it. We really had to work for it.

In my interactions with the traveling Asians, they have a form response set on the phone, and it is consistent across the board (as most are associated with each other), and it is a regular hotel they use when in town. That said, without more information as to how our associate got caught, it is difficult to determine if it was from them or something else. I am sure they draw attention pretty quickly when they show up. All it takes is one call from the hotel, and a sting can get set up pretty quickly.

I can almost guarantee it is a fake add.

A couple of things I look for topic out fake adds:

1. Number. If is not local to WI or surrounding states, is probably a fake or scam.

2. Syntax of add. If it is written like a 3rd grader wrote it, or a Nigerian prince offering to share his fortune, it is probably a fake or scam add.

3. Pictures. If the pictures are looking so good that you are thinking you can't believe your luck, it is probably a fake or scam add.

Almost all of the fake / scam adds have 1 of the 3 to choose from. If in doubt, message the number. I can see it going something like, "bla bla bla, for new clients I require a $50.00 deposit via cashapp because I have been burned so many times, bla bla bla. " I might be wrong.

I haven't seen her on stg seems reasonable anyone seen her before.
