Visited with this lady recently. Good communication, timely, good rates. Everything else a negative. Looks WAY worse in person, like 30+ years older than the pictures. Refused to get nude which was okay, damage in lots of areas. Spine was all messed up and really distracting. Kept mentioning time left, "only 5 minutes" or whatever. Really killed my focus. I totally agree with you. I used to frequent her allot at the beginning but now she has a bad attitude and like you said hygiene went bad.
