I take it for $60 house fee you are talking about a half hour right? That is the house fee here for half hour too. $80 is a full hour so you get a good massage. I don't know about others, but if I go for hh, it's 60 house fee and H. E. Is 30 or 40 tops. If I go for hour the house fee is 80 and I'll still only give 30/40 for a H. E.
