You are right Hotrod. It does take a toll on the women. Especially when most the men treat them like trash. There are a couple that I see that I take time and chat with an treat with respect and it actually makes a difference after a few visits. When you do find the ones not chasing there next fix. For instance one I see is a single mom and can't work. And she has said that there are times she is disrespected so back that afterwards she sits in bathtub crying because of what she just did.
