I popped into the Adult Shoppe on Holly Street Friday around 9:30. When I entered, not much was happening; theater #1 was empty except for one guy lurking. Theater #2 had five guys, four of whom were quite happily paired up in the gay room. Since there was nothing else going on, I watched for a while and then walked out into the straight room and sat. Seconds later a woman walked in, clearly interested in trading bills for fun. We headed off into a corner for a handy; she was cold and almost rude but got the job done. As I was leaving the room I saw that a second woman had come in and was sitting on the wall bench and was apparently selling services too; my sense was that she would have probably been more fun, and as I left the building I came across two more women in the parking lot, also clearly willing to trade bills for services. I think all four must have arrived just after I did. My takeaway: Friday nights on Holly Street you can get just about anything you might desire.

How much did that cost you? Probably cheaper than the massage parlor I'm guessing.

The legal issue is whether there was probable cause for the initial stop. Here the citizen was sitting in his car near the Adult Shop. The car was not moving and it was on a public road legally parked and not in a no parking zone. Then the agent comes up and embarks on a fishing expedition, detaining the citizen who was not free to go since the lights were lit and a traffic stop was made despite the car not moving. The supreme court allows a government agent to remove a citizen from the car during a traffic stop for little or no reason. Then the citizen was removed. Then during the removal the government found a drug pipe which was concealed during the time the defendant was in the car but was then in plain view when the person was removed from the car. The further legal issue is where is the defendant's car keys with regards to the legitimacy of the DUI arrest. If the keys were in the passenger compartment then that would indicate control of the vehicle and a DUI would be authorized but if they were in the trunk then it would not be a DUI.

Any evidence in the trunk should be excluded and if the stop was ruled no probable cause since the car was not moving and did not commit any moving violation nor parking violation then the drug pipe should also be suppressed.

Clearly, the initial contact was just because of a creeper in front of a perverted business which alone does not constitute probable cause.

No I do not think it was. That parking lot gets busy late a night. There are a lot of people in general just sort of hanging out there in the parking lot. It is in the industrial area and who knows what the hell people are up to around there.

Always keep your guard up but I would imagine asking one of the ladies to come in to watch a movie and even to pay the entrance fee for her is not a crime. I imagine further aggressive negotiation for companionship and time could then happen in the theater. That would be the way I would dream it up I think.

There was an Arizona cops episode filmed in that area using DPS. They pulled over a guy with dildos and meth and they arrested him.

Join fetlife dot com. Search for local swinging groups and people, then look at the groups they are in there. There is quite a few PHX and different Arizona area based groups on there, some dedicated to adult theaters (lots of gay dudes and trannies in there). There are multiple local "hotwifes" on the site that claim to visit the theaters, some with picture and video proof.

Heard of a swingers group who has been having organized parties at a couple of the theaters.

Anyone else know of these? Great idea and concept probably one that has been going on for many years LOL.

That is very interesting but at the same time concerning. Think it could a setup? Sounds weird and all but I've never seen them in front or maybe looking for a exchange.

So this weekend about Midnight a few different times I drove by Holly St theater and went in just to pick up some supplies.

Girls were out front both nights. Not sure if some were with their Men, but for sure there were a few Sales Women as one definitely peddled services. At one point 3 latinas were out front and if they are offering dates to the xxx theater then bless them and their forward thinking. They were def women as best I could tell and not shape shifters though I am sure they make their rounds there too.

Is this the new normal for that place? I hope so.

I've been to many, but not to that one yet, but your comment jives with what I've heard outside of this forum. Thanks for your reply! It will likely be spur of the moment, but I may post up when we're going to go if there's time.

I haven't been to all the theaters but Personal Preference in Apache junction is by far the most active. Seems like always something good is going on there. Hopefully I'll be in attendance when you show up.

So I've got a willing UTR Sugar Baby that would like to go with me to a theater and put on a show. She's OK with a little seedy but I'm trying to find the "cleanest" we can. Recommendations? We have done the swinger clubs and she wants something different.

I haven't been to all the theaters but Personal Preference in Apache junction is by far the most active. Seems like always something good is going on there. Hopefully I'll be in attendance when you show up.

I took a streetwalker to an adult theater in Albuquerque a few years ago. They would not allow us to use a private booth but the theater was acceptable. I received some terrific head and then left the building and she stayed. I imagine she attempted to get some more action. From what I have observed in Phoenix she would not be allowed to collect in their building. An owner said he would lose his license if that took place.
