Doesn't matter if they have phones, if they're high, they won't answer it, if they're sleeping it off they won't answer it, they'll lose it, or it'll get stolen. I've been trying to track down April for over a week to give her a old phone because she said her charging port messed up on her phone. I can't catch up with her! Been by her place 3 times! Met with Valerie this morning at Dundalk. She was close to Boston and Cardiff (something like that). There is a trap house there, so be very careful. Cops cruises around all the time.

Valerie look beat up so bad, wearing off badly. She was out on streets for days. Her body was covered in sores now. Face looked beat up and skins are peeling off from sun.
