Rose Spa is generally my go to place but it seems to not get many reports here. I think if Rose is empty, you will get the resident MT, name is Lucy I think. I thinks it's definitely a YMMV situation. I've found a few gems at those types of establishments. One being very recently. Maybe I’m a sucker but I prefer a younger female to an older Asian female. Usually just takes 3-4 visits and you learn pretty quick what will be allowed and what won’t.
