I appreciate all the input. I'm trying to avoid a prescription because my SO has access to my medical records. Anyone near Cambridge have some they want to sell?

Edrugstore has what you need. You may have your shipment in 2-3 days after your order. They will have a doctor to call you to prescribe the pills. It will not be on your medical records. But the pills are not cheap.

Mass law actually requires hotels to record the name of every person engaging, or occupying a room. I have very rarely actually seen this done though, 99.9% of the time they only get the name of the person engaging the room. The only time I've heard of a hotel actually recording the names of every person is when they already suspect something is going on.

Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 140, section 27
Register; entry of names; condition precedent to occupancy; retention; inspection; penalty

Section 27. Every innholder, and every lodging house keeper required so to do under section twenty-eight, and every person who shall conduct, control, manage or operate, directly or indirectly, any recreational camp, overnight camp or cabin, motel or manufactured housing community shall keep or cause to be kept, in permanent form, a register in which shall be recorded the true name or name in ordinary use and the residence of every person engaging or occupying a private room averaging less than four hundred square feet floor area, excepting a private dining room not containing a bed or couch, or opening into a room containing a bed or couch, for any period of the day or night in any part of the premises controlled by the licensee, together with a true and accurate record of the room assigned to such person and of the day and hour when such room is assigned. The entry of the names of the person engaging a room and of the occupants of said room shall be made by said person engaging said room or by an occupant thereof, except that when five or more members of a business, fraternal, or social group or other group having a common interest are engaging rooms, they may designate one person to make said entry on their behalf and prior to occupancy. Until the entry of such name and the record of the room has been made, such person shall not be allowed to occupy privately any room upon the licensed premises. Such register shall be retained by the holder of the license for a period of at least one year after the date of the last entry therein, and shall be open to the inspection of the licensing authorities, their agents and the police. Whoever violates any provision of this section shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than three months, or both.

When I've traveled, I've always had to provide I'd at hotels, and if driving and self-parking, I've sometimes had to provide the make / model / plate so they knw it's a registered guest. The I'd part matches to what they are saying re: Woburn. They don't want cash-only no-tell motels, they want a guest registry. The reasons stated are right there, including "prostitution rings". But as a non-registered guest, you don't need to provide any of this information when visiting.

The few times I've gone for short visits, I've parked near an alternate exit, the same as I'd do when actually staying. Then walk around to an open exit. Preferably not the main one, if possible. And get to one of the elevators, doesn't have to be the main bank. Then when leaving, go out by the exit where I parked.

The text of the ordinance is basically worded as "A description of all guest vehicles and a record of their license plate number". Guests are defined as customers staying at the hotel.

It's not illegal to park at a hotel while you are visiting a registered guest, or visiting their premises for another purpose. E. g. A restaurant. And as you are not the registered guest, you don't need to provide identification / plate no.

Point taken. My experience has been for overnight parking or areas that parking is a premium and the hotel does not want it's lot filed with cars of people not using the hotel and it's restaurant in some way. That said local PD cruises lots anyway. I'm more an AMP guy than anything, I did spend a night at a local motel known for some activity. I was not there for mongering so was not a thought to me. But I know a local cop and he saw my car there. He mentioned it a couple weeks later but the conversation never went further. I often see cruisers posting in the lot. So ordinance or not there are eyes on these places.
