Brooks is dead because the APD is used as a revenue collection force instead of their stated mission of protecting the public. DUI and DWI are misdemeanor offenses. If your worried about drunk drivers, please advocate for an increased penalty for driving drunk. Also, if you two trained police officers get rolled by a drunk guy just waking up, they should have badges took for that reason alon.
