Yes Avalon is one of the best providers in the area if not the best. Screening with her was easy I sent her a PM as a senior member she takes that into consideration looks at your reviews and post and gets feed back from other providers. Do you use a VPN? Sounds like your IP is blocked. I use a VPN and get the same thing. You can either turn the VPN off or switch VPN servers and hope one of them isn't blocked.
