Think it's cultural when you go to other parts of the world where sex work isn't illegal and or looked down on the work isn't that bad. Can't speak for everyone but I'm assuming for some people a job is a job. It's not the worst job out there and they pay is somewhat decent. If on average they make $200 per day that's roughly 4-6 K per month or 50-70 K per year cash. I assume most college grads don't make that much and have to work way longer days plus endure a ton of stress. I used to date a stripper and there's no way in hell she would do a 9-5 for 50 k per year pretax.
