I had been reluctant to try it out for a while due to the price point, however decided to give it a whirl because all of the escort sites suck now and I feel like the options have really dwindled lately.

It sounds like your account is no longer "approved". When someone first signs on a new membership, the account is not yet "approved". Usually this does not happen until all of the fields are filled out. See if anything in your profile is "pending".
