Buckhead provides city of Atlanta with 33-45% of total revenue. If Buckhead City happens, property values in neighborhoods like yours will collapse as property taxes rise, 40% of police / fire are laid off and crime skyrockets. I'm glad it worked out for you. For me, and I'm talking about circa 2011 and on, my premiums were going to be at least double what they had been with a private insurer like BCBS. When I refused to play along and went uninsured for four years (I negotiated with hospitals and doctors if I needed care) the Obama government very kindly slapped a $750.00 penalty on my income tax returns. Since I came out better financially being uninsured and paying the yearly punishment I did this for the four years until I found a better option. I'm not a Democrat or a Republican either but I was not going to be forced into something I didn't like and didn't work for me no matter what party was in charge.
