Haven't seen any other recent reviews of Vivian Spa, former Sea Spa, in Medford. House fee is $65. Been twice so far. First time, girl was probably in 50's, pudgy, average looking, and wearing what seemed to be a bedshirt. Standard HE, $40. Nothing special.
