Ok first of all she is on STG and looks like a low level player. She wants a phone call from some random woman that she has no way to verify herself? Could be a sting and they might want to link past actions or intent. Or want to see how many girls are in the game.

That was followed by two bios, one of a person I do not know (name age address) along with a second of my name age and an old address. I'm stupid and used my real phone number. I never called but texted. A friend mentioned it's possible to get my name via caller I'd even if I don't call.

Damn! I'd forgotten all about a scam like this! It wasn't the same, but it was the same kinda deal. I think it was on email, though. Anyway, they had my name which shook me. After initial shaking, I figured "probably a scam. " Also figured "If not a scam, fuckem, let them come get me. " Either way, I'm still waiting. Oh, yes, and social security is investigating why my SS# is linked to a car found abandoned on the Tex-Mex border with bloodstains and cocaine. The IRS called me the other day, and ultimately threatened to arrest me because I wouldn't tell them exactly I had in my saving's account. Amazon called me too, and the Card Service Center is going to lower my rates on my credit cards because I have such good credit. Unemployment must be very low in the Indian Population here in the states, because they're all working for SSI, IRS, Amazon, etc.

I did notice that there is now a review for her on TER. I don't have a membership so I can only see the brief summary. That reads a lot like an ad to me though. I'm not very familiar with preferred 411. Does anyone know if that a site that does any verification of the people posting ads on it?

I did a search on here for this and it seems it's not too uncommon. Just wondering if anyone has had this particular scare and honesty I'm not sure what to do. I haven't responded and haven't talked to LE because I'm not trying to get into trouble or anything. Any advice / feedback or thoughts?

I got the very same call a couple months ago but without my name & real phone#. (Always use a fake name and monger phone). I just ignored it and haven't received a followup from the scum.
