As mentioned, Raven is married and out of the game. Kaylee moved to Vero and was active up until about a year ago, then she also fell off the radar. I know she was involved in a relationship and assume she is living a normal life now. Too bad as such talent no longer exists.

I decided to post here as well as I know some of us occasionally make the trip to Vero.

I was wondering the same. I believe the arm thing is just camera lens distortion as the third picture looks ok. As far as filling out the form, that is a mystery.
