But, the fact that it contains the Kenvin motel probably helps it qualify. I define the triangle as one point, and then heads north. It's really a square, basically starting at 50th and Haines (Angelos) and going north on Haines to 54th Ave, then west to 28th st, then south on 50th back to Angelos. Of course there are some tributaries off of this route that will bear some fruit.
