I believe the address is that same. Roseville is just suburb of StP which I think were the confusion comes from. I am wondering about pricing? I know Mass like to spend so what was the damage / upcharge?

I'd stay away from there. Guy I talked to was a regular there for long time and eventually he got really sick with all kinds of strange symptoms.
