Personally, I am fine with that as services / age are dramatically different than other places I have experienced and they have been well established for years at these rates. I am not a haggler and have had long term success at a couple of these places.

Went back again today and saw Cindy. She was actually alone in the shop, so I lucked out that she was open. More than one phone call came in just after our session began. You can search my last post, as the service and quality were the same again. This time, she offered the mouth option and at first I accepted. But the saran wrap came out, and I changed my mind.
