In my experience and what others have reported, you have to practically smack kingsgate hands away to not get HE. Follow google maps closely based on the address in the ad, and redeem poor little johnny.

Just curious. NKY AMP's, you mention 5? I'm familiar with the 2 on Dixie Hwy, one on Turfway, and one on the busy Hwy 42. And they are all pretty much legit form what I know. Is there a 5th?
