I don't get this one bit. Had a situation where the provider told me not to cip since she was not on BC and then proceeded to wrap her legs around me last minute (on purpose or bad timing not sure) leading to a crap moment and several weeks of worry. She made it clear she was not going to take anything afterwards and essentially wished me luck. LOL. She messaged me weeks later on my burner to say "it came today, guess you lucked out. " Lot of crazies out there looking for easy money so again proceed with caution.

She's talking about phimosis. Her "business model" seems to be have men take her out to dinner and end the date when he wants sex. Seeing as she doesn't like men, I find it hard to believe she'd ever be down for fucking.

I think Jay is probably getting pushback from his providers, seeing as quite a few left and are doing good solo, so the ones there now want better compensation. His workaround is, ok, charge 4 and we'll past the cost onto the client.

If you provide a nice apt, not some rundown shithole, maybe and if you had a modicum of decorum when interacting with clients, then the, what seems to be a constant attempt at changing the pricing model from 3 to 4 for an hour, may be a little more palatable.

With the bare bones schedules the past few weeks till now, along with the hiring of obvious women with serious drug habits and health issues, it's apparent he has no screening process and is just lining up bodies to fill the schedule.

As much as I like Kelly, when I saw her and Marley on the schedule, it was at that point I realized, yeah, Jay is just legit getting women off the streets to work in his rundown apts.

New to the board, but not to the hobby. I've been using Lears for years. But I haven't even hit up Jay over the last several months. I fully agree with the general sentiment here about Jay's agency. The reality is that the quality of the women are dipping in a BIG way. And yet, prices keep going up. In economics, this is called an irrational market, no?

I don't blame Jay for the price hikes at all. One would think business would go down when a fast house operator starts juking prices upward. But that's not the case. Jay started hiking prices last year and that only turned the simps on even more. Now he's charging 4 bills for average to above average girls (some of whom are obvious addicts) and some of the men in this game are all too happy to pay those inflated prices.
