Lack of standing, I believe, was the reason they hid behind. Alito and Thomas wanted to go forward with it and why not? The rest of the Court did a do-si-do and avoided the controversy. They can't avoid it forever for the sake of the country unless the leftists have threatened them and their families.

As far as Fox is concerned, I know what you are getting at A2 and I don't know any such thing. Now that CNN and the other bastions of "journalism" have become such obvious farces, Fox at least gets closer to the realities. However, I take what they say with a grain of salt, check other sources and then make up my own mind.
