At the places that offer FS, I don't speak any Chinese. I have actually experience this scenario through google translate as well with someone who literally didn't speak any English either (reached a point where I would pick her up after her shift was over for some fun at my place). I would also say that if they like you, after a few visits you could probably hang around until their next appointment, or going late you can get overnights for free, get upgraded to BBFS, reduce prices. They also become willing to meetup outside of appointments for random friend things as well if you desire (I have been invited clubbing with a bunch of them several times, which is always an interesting experience that ends with getting laid). The drawback is they can start to see you as a semi-boyfriend once you get this benefits which comes with them demanding more of your time, and asking for favors.
