Latest figures show that per capita your chances of being beat, shot or shot dead is greater in Atlanta than Chicago. If Buckhead follows thru with becoming a city, Atl loses 45% of tax revenue and collapses into a dystopian crime ridden hell hole.

When you try to play the race card, you have to be careful. The guy may have shot up the parlors because of his spewing sexual addiction that spiraled out of control, maybe got denied service too many times, maybe wanted his money back and was denied, or maybe it was racism and it was hate for asian women and maybe he did just shoot paul and that woman thinking they were asian women because the rooms might've been dark. That is possible. To say this was a hate crime on asian women is pushing it because anybody could've been in these places and got shot by him. If you are waiting your turn for a massage at one of these places, and 5 asian guys are in the room with you waiting with 2 being ahead of you and 3 behind you, and one of the three behind you gets to get their massage next then you can start thinking they may not want to see you because you are black, white, mixed, etc. And not asian. Just think about it, and not assume yet though because maybe they made a mistake, If the second guy who was behind you gets his massage next then really start thinking if your race is a factor. That's how careful you got to be playing the race card. Get it yet?

Went to Atl 3 x in 2020 for the single purpose to engage in Hobby, I spent money at the tilted kilt, strokers, v- live, McDonald's, quick trip. I been thinking of returning the last few weeks, but it ia just to dangerous, it used to be if you were out by sun down you'd be ok. Now. Not so much.

Here in Atlanta all your dreams could come true at Magic City or you could get killed at a stop light you just never know.

I was in a military school on an Air Farce base with a bunch of other Army guys. When I marched them in formation and we came across a group of Airmen we'd chant, "Zoomie zoomie don't feel blue, Peter Pan was a fairy too!" Used to piss them off something fierce.

The spa attack was racist, it was also misogynistic, xenophobic, and likely rooted in his hatred of sex workers. Think about it again: The shooter wanted to "eliminate" the people who worked at specific businesses in an industry in which workers are predominantly Asian. His victims were predominantly Asian women. And yet it was not a "racially motivated" act? Please!

I think his true hatred is with his mother and the church, I think this was an act of displaced anger. He took out his aggression's on targets that couldn't fight back or that would put up little resistance.

If he hated asians so much why did he frequent the places so much. Why didn't he see caucasians. Your being to quick to judge. It ain't always about race.

I agree. I think he saw Asians because there are tons of Asian massage parlors. There are no storefront Caucasian parlors. And, the fact that he shot white and Hispanic people shows it was just a matter of convenience for him. Definitely not a hate crime by definition.
