Joining HX and developing a network there is probably the best way without having to give your personal information. Because all 3 main agencies- SDAG, FEC, Sandra99 all advertise on HX, scheduling with them is fairly easy once you've developed a network there so they can see that you've seen verifiable providers and deem to be "safe. I was able to get vetted with FEC by having a network on HX. I agree I would never provide personal info to these agencies. I think SDAG will work if you can provide some references they can check. They seem to be the highest bar to hurdle.
