To Start, neither is as good as what you can find in Dallas. My Mellon experience was pretty good, but for the drive and the 3 bones, I don't know that I'd go out of my way to go back. I also felt a little rushed like she was trying to get me out as quickly as possible. True Jenny at PT is bigger than most Asians I'm used to, but the massage was great, the room and environment was relaxing and I felt very comfortable with Jenny, I didn't feel like I was being rushed at all and sometimes that is just as important as what the look like, even though I still think Jenny is still better than most of the old ladies out there.

I always appreciate your intel dragon, especially the Dallas info. One of my fav AMP experiences. Carmelo said that Lisa is the one to see at Mellon and I think I'll give it a shot. Hopefully I can go at a decent time and not get rushed out. Also are they still wearing masks? As dumb as it may sound these days DFK is one of my major points of interest so if they offer that I'll pony up. Thanks again for all info!

For those who have experienced one or both, should I go to PT with Jenny or Mellon in Toledo? Looking for FS but I wanted to see which one would be the more enjoyable trip. Also if someone could provide a description of Jenny's physical characteristics I would appreciate that. PM is open. TIA.

For an appearance of being closed, my best guess according to report number 21088 is that she has enough regulars to book appointments UTR so there isn't any unwanted attention to her business.

Go see Lisa at Melon. Her and Jenny are not even in the same country when it comes to body and looks. I'm assuming Lisa is still there. I saw her back in early April.

Doubt she's closed, and doubt google and / or rub maps are up-dated? I contacted her just to visit with her week or so ago, and we only talked for bit outside the back door, she was still busy by working it alone!

Just keep trying, & good luck? And just so you know, at times she just gets tired, and takes a day off for herself and / or her son, although mostly on a Sunday now & then, which is understandable, isn't it?

Yes, Asian Well Being on Southfield Rd is open, but the owner (Jenny) is the only provider that's working there, her other 2 girls are not returning to work due to their concerns about C-19 !

I've been a casual friend of Jenny's outside the business since early 2020 , she limited her hours to 11 am to 5 pm daily, it's been a rough go for her being alone, & keeping up her lease etc. , but she is managing. She takes appointments by phone & locks the front door while she's busy. She's a US Citizen & been in the states for over 11 + years, owns a home & speaks excellent English, cute body, basic HJ, roaming is allowed. She will return your calls to make an appointment, if you choose to text or leave voice mail, she has a large sign in the front window explaining same. $50 HH $70 HR + $40 tip will do her fine! Nice girl, very friendly.

I have been there two times. Lisa was the only one there. Only allowed touching the lower legs. On the second visit, I touched her arm and was given an unpleasant look. It's wired. Even though the new location is moving towards providing legit service, her over reaction was strange for an sp used to provide HE. I won't repeat. YMMV.

So I went on a road trip across the USA. I decided to hit spas in OKCity, Chicago, Detroit*and Tulsa.

In Detroit I followed two Rubmps*recommendations- The first was so busy I couldn't even park- the replacement was also busy and I was told to come back in a hour. I declined.

Disappointed and left with a hard on.

Head down to Toledo on your road trip and stop at Melon spa. I called an hour before I got there and didn't have to wait at all. There was only one monger there and one was pulling in as I was leaving the parking lot.

Reports of a about 2 weeks ago stated she was in the process of moving her business location to a commercial suite near Ford Rd & Canton Center Rd, in Canton, but knowing her, its likely she'll take quite a while to get set up? In past experience's she rarely "if ever" answered a phone call, and she's slow returning text messages, but finally did reply via texting, you are using the correct number which ends is 39. Good luck?

That sucks. I live in the area and always wondered about this place. Never even had a massage before, let alone been to a spa joint. Hope to see more favorable reviews about the place so I can pop my Asian massage cherry.

My attempts to get back in the game have not been going well.

I decided to try one of my other former frequent places, Oriental Massage in Rochester. Pre-hiatus, I had been going there almost monthly for several years. It seemed to be a two-woman operation since I only ever saw two gals there (based on their resemblance, I assumed they were sisters). They knew my likes and dislikes pretty well and took good care of me.

For my recent visit, I was greeted by a new face, who rushed me into a room, requested payment up front (a change from my prior visits) in the amount of $80 (previously $70). I could see that the doors to the other two rooms were closed so it may be that the sisters were busy in those rooms. But based on the change in payment arrangements, I assume the sisters have been replaced by new management.

I'm accustomed to the brief interruptions to my massage that occur when the front door rings. Most places do a good job having the gals rotate the duty of greeting new arrivals. That is not the practice with the new team at Oriental.

In the first ten or so minutes, the door rang three times. My gal rushed out all three times. I knew the other two rooms were in use but I didn't hear the sound of these new guys leaving so I have no idea where she was stashing them. Regardless, she got back reasonably quickly to my massage each of those times.

Time to discuss the massage itself. Bad. She basically just kept pushing both oily hands *very* quickly along the length of my back. There was an occasional squeeze to my shoulders and neck, but otherwise, just gliding up and down the back. Eventually, she pulled my right arm up onto the table to work on it when that damn doorbell went off again (newcomer number 4). She rushed out.

She was gone several minutes this time, apparently long enough for her to forget where she was in her routine (even though I hadn't moved my arm after she left). She pushed my arm off the table and resumed the gliding on my back.

At this point I knew this massage was not going to get better, and that any potential extras would be performed just as poorly, but I had already paid so I decided to just ride it out.

However, newcomer 5 rang the doorbell and she rushed out. After she hadn't returned in a reasonable amount of time, I used the wall clock to start timing the absence. After five minutes ticked off, I decided to call it quits, got dressed, and left the room.

There was no one at the desk or in the lobby. (Still mystified where she hid all those newcomers.) I peeked in the staff area in the back. Empty. I considered tapping on one of the in-session rooms but didn't have the nerve.

So, I left. For $80, I got maybe 15 cumulative minutes of a very bad massage, and was then completely abandoned. I guess I can cross this place off my list.

Saw Camilla last week in St. Clair Shores. Nuru is 300 and regular massage is 175. Opted for nuru, and left happy.

However, she only provided about 25 minutes for the appt (after promising an hour via text).

Did not want any touching at all. Will not repeat, and would have to say for that steep a price, she should be avoided.

Always had a good time with massage providers, but considering the high price, I was very disappointed. YMMV.

Took like 3 days before she responded via text. May have been busy.

Her pics are a bit deceiving. Probably not all her. She's just okay overall, but much prettier girls are available.
