At any of the AMPs you should get as many pops as you can do in your time. You are paying for time not pops. That is the beauty of the AMP experience. No idea if you can get a 3 way at Milk. I would bet if you do it's going to cost you 400. Never had one there or heard of anyone else getting one either.
