I think in the case where you have already met her, have experience with her, and know she is legit it just comes down to feel which might change day to day and one peovider to the next. Don't do it. Same thing happened to me when Crystal disappeared.

I texted her number asking for a date, *she wanted the money upfront because she was stranded in NY of all places. I was going to do it but I requested to speak on the phone with her. *she wouldn't do that and was asking that I "didnt make it more difficult than it already was for her" I declined.
